We are going to explore as many ways as possible, including, practising mindfulness, positive self-talk, letting go of negative beliefs, re-programming our brains through positive affirmations, thought patterns and behaviours, reiki, meditation, bath rituals, exercise, gratitude, decluttering, journaling, forgiveness, finding what you love and doing more of that.
